SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Standard Shipping Most orders are fulfilled and shipped within 5-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Dropshipping Items Some items in our store (such as shapewear and select fashion pieces) are shipped directly from our supplier to your door. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery on these items. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Shipping Costs We offer free shipping on all orders. (update if you charge shipping)

International Shipping At this time we ship within the United States. International shipping may be available on select items.

Delays Occasionally delays may occur due to high order volume, customs processing, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed.

Lost or Stolen Packages Pink Bow and Ink is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local carrier for assistance.
