All of our products are made to order through a print-on-demand supplier, which means each item is created specifically for you when you place your order.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • The item didn't meet personal expectations

We will offer a free reprint or full refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • There is a manufacturing or printing defect
  • You received the wrong item

Production Time Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. Shipping time is additional and will vary based on your location.

No Cancellations or Modifications Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed, as production begins immediately.

Color Disclaimer Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to monitor settings and the printing process. We do our best to display colors as accurately as possible.

Sizing Please refer to our size chart before ordering. We cannot accept returns for incorrect sizes selected, so please double-check your measurements before placing your order.

Our Commitment At Pink Bow and Ink, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital downloads and printable files
  • Intimate apparel and shapewear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Custom or personalized items

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Refund Process Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for sizing issues on eligible items. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Dropshipping Items For items shipped directly from our supplier, we handle all customer service on your behalf. Please contact us directly — do not attempt to return items to the supplier.
